The result is sublime. We love to suggest this to customers who claim they don't like goat cheese, because it is so different from the fresh, tart flavor we have come to expect from chevre.

Usage Tips

Pair with a Belgian Tripel style, like Victory Golden Monkey. Zinfandel, Syrah and dessert wines are lovely partners as well, and consider fig jam for something non-alcoholic.
